We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. A card on file is required for all reservations.

Gratuity is never expected — it’s always appreciated, never required. If you choose to tip, you can do so via cash or Venmo.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We value our time together— and so should you.

To keep our schedule running flawlessly, we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice = 50% of your scheduled service

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows = 100% of your scheduled service

• Late arrivals may result in adjusted service time or an additional fee

Your card on file will be charged accordingly. Thank you for respecting our time and the level of service we provide — it keeps the dollhouse elevated.
